Income Disclosure

As a specialized independent general agency, Stealth Partner Group (“Stealth”) offers industry leading turn-key stop loss and ancillary benefit solutions to retail brokers, consultants, and third-party administrators on a wholesale basis and generally does not solicit insurance from the general public.  Stealth is compensated in a variety of ways, primarily in the form of administrative fees and/or overrides paid by carriers/MGUs. Stealth may also receive other forms of compensation from carriers/MGUs such as contingent income, and supplemental compensation. Contingent or supplemental compensation can be based on profitability, premium volume, and/or growth with a carrier. From time to time, Stealth may place business with affiliated insurance intermediaries that may also receive compensation. Stealth may also retain any interest earned on premium collected prior to remittance to the applicable carrier.
